Return & Refund Policy
Overview
- We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, or refunds under the terms below.
Return Window
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable/digital products
- Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, intimate apparel) if opened
Condition Requirements
- Items must be free of wear, odors, stains, and alterations.
- Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at [support@clearguidepdfs.com] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, or start a request via your account.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send a prepaid return label (if applicable) and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it within 7 days of receiving your return label.
Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged/defective/incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
- All other returns: A flat [$$] return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or you can use your own label.
Exchanges
- Fastest way: return the item and place a new order for the desired item/size/color.
- Direct exchange (when available): we’ll ship the replacement once the original is scanned by the carrier.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Store Credit
- If you prefer, we can issue a refund as store credit for immediate use.
Order Cancellations & Edits
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 1 hour of purchase if they haven’t begun processing. Contact us at [support@clearguidepdfs.com].
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund, including shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from our approval:
- Check with your bank or card company.
- Then contact us at [support@clearguidepdfs.com] and we’ll help investigate.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Restocking Fees
- We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our policy.
- For returns missing original packaging or showing signs of use, a restocking fee of up to [10–20%] may apply.
International Orders
- International return shipping and any customs, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges on international orders at this time.

Exceptions and Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
- This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
