Shipping Policy (Digital Products)

Overview

  • We sell digital products (PDF guides). No physical items are shipped.
  • Access is delivered electronically via email and/or instant download after purchase.

Delivery Method

  • Immediately after checkout, you’ll see a download link on the order confirmation page.
  • We also email a download link to the address used at checkout. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
  • If you created an account, your files are available anytime under your account order history.

Processing Time

  • Digital orders are processed automatically and typically available within minutes.
  • If your payment is flagged for manual review by your payment provider, delivery may be delayed until the payment clears.

File Format & Access

  • All guides are provided as PDF files. You can open them with any standard PDF reader.

  • Backup: We recommend saving a copy to your device and cloud storage.

No Shipping Fees

  • Because products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping or handling charges.

Failed or Missing Download Emails

  • If you don’t receive the email within 10 minutes:

Download/Access Issues

  • If your link has expired or you’ve reached the download limit, email us and we’ll help restore access.
  • For corrupted or unreadable files, contact us for a fresh link or updated file version.

Gifting

  • Buying as a gift? Use the recipient’s email at checkout, or email us with the order number to update the recipient details before download links are sent.

Updates to Files

  • If we update a guide you’ve purchased within [e.g., 6 months] of your order, we’ll email you a complimentary updated version.

Geographic Availability

  • Our digital products are available worldwide unless restricted by local regulations or payment provider rules.
